Carly Pearson

Carly and her family reside in Waukee, Iowa. She grew up in Keokuk, IA and pursued a News Reporting Degree from Western Illinois University where she was a News Anchor/ Reporter throughout her college career.

After college Carly headed to Los Angeles to pursue her Hollywood dreams in the Entertainment world for a few years. She moved to Des Moines in 2015 to help open a Bank named BANK and has been happy to call Des Moines “Home” ever since. Carly married her Husband, Nick Pearson in 2020 along with pursuing her Real Estate Career the same year. She has absolutely loved being part of her client’s Home Journey and the gratitude that comes along with them choosing her to be part of their home buying/ selling process and becoming THEIR Realtor. Carly and her husband welcomed our first Son, Brexton in August of 2022 and her greatest accomplishment yet is being his Mom! She also has two dogs, Marley and Lola! Carly is beyond Thankful for the support and encouragement from her DSM Community and is grateful for the relationships she’s established and the ones to come. Building trust and starting a relationship is what it’s all about!
